Residential Phase of Blended Learning Course started

On November 27, Residential phase for the pilot stage of Blended Learning Course in “Revenue Management in Resource-rich countries” started at Khazar University. 22 participants from six countries are taking part in the course (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Mongolia and Ukraine). Participants are representing state entities, parliament, international financial institutions, academia and civil society. The course, delivered by experts from Khazar and other universities, will equip participants with skills and knowledge in revenue management in resource rich countries. Theoretical sessions will be followed by practical work that will allow participants to apply gained knowledge to real world cases. The participants will be developing outline of the policy analysis papers throughout the course within particular sessions dedicated to Policy Analysis framework.
